Tracker
Eight scattered fields turned into one readable day. Your data stays yours — exportable in an open format, deletable permanently, and never shared with anyone unless you turn sharing on.
What it stores
- The date, your weight and water for that day
- What you ate, and the macros you logged for it
- What you lifted — exercise, sets, reps, weight, RPE
- Your notes, and your macro targets over time
What it never does
- Share, sell, rent or broker your data — not aggregated, not "anonymised", not ever
- Track you. No analytics, no pixels, no profiling
- Ask for your phone number, contacts, or location
- Keep your data after you delete it. No 30-day "recovery" window
Google sign-in only, requesting nothing but your name and email address. No password means no password database — and no breach of one to disclose. Read theprivacy page first if you want the detail.
Prefer not to sign in? The calculator and food referencework with no account at all, and always will.
This session has been idle for a while.
If you are on a shared or borrowed device, sign out. The session does not expire on its own, so this is a nudge rather than a lock — you decide.

Sharing
Everything is private by default. There is no public profile, no directory, nothing discoverable. Sharing is read-only in both modes — a person you share with physically cannot write to your log, because no policy in the database permits it.
Your data
Everything is generated in your browser from data already loaded. No export endpoint, no server-side job, and no third-party service ever touches a log.
JSON is the full-fidelity, schema-versioned bundle — the one a future import reads, and the one that makes "walk away with everything" true. CSV is four files, because flattening a log into one table loses either the meals or the sets.
Danger zone
Deleting removes every log, meal, set, custom food and target. It cannot be undone. There is no 30-day recovery window — that is the promise, not an oversight.
